Crown Padel x Pallacorda Performance Series

The first event in the Crown Padel x Pallacorda Performance Series got underway at The Padel Club TraffordCity, bringing together over 70 players from across the UK to celebrate the launch of the new Ultra™ Performance Range.

Played through one of the hottest weekends of the summer, the day featured round robin group stages before progressing into the knockout rounds, with a £1,000 prize on the line. Featuring the UK's number one player, the final drew a crowd of over 100 spectators, while hundreds more tuned in live. After another standout performance, Imran Aswat and Zyaan Ahmed claimed their sixth Crown title together with a 6-2, 6-4 victory.

Away from the court, the event brought together partners including Porsche Centre Bolton and Altius Healthcare, alongside a live DJ and afternoon BBQ, creating an atmosphere that reflected the modern culture surrounding padel.

For Pallacorda, the day marked more than just the launch of the Dune & Burgundy and Midnight & Rust Ultra™ Performance collections. It was the beginning of a new chapter and the first stop in a nationwide Performance Series built around competition, community and the continued growth of the sport.
